By accessing and using this website, engaging with our services, attending our webinars, or purchasing any of our products or advertising packages, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or engage our services.

2. Program Overview & General Disclaimer

Bolo Advertising provides digital marketing services, advertising strategy, and campaign management tools for business clients. While we offer data-driven frameworks and proven systems, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue increases, lead volumes, or campaign performance. Testimonials are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not guarantees of individual success.

3. Payment & Billing Terms

Bolo Advertising offers the following service packages:
Lite Plan

– $2,247/month

Includes one ad platform (Google Ads or Meta Ads), One fully managed campaign, 3 custom-designed ad creatives, Weekly campaign check-ins and optimizations, Monthly performance reporting, Dedicated Account Manager, 1-hour monthly strategy meeting, One-time setup fee of $997

Growth Plan

– $4,297/month

Includes two ad platforms (Google Ads and Meta Ads), Multi-campaign management, Smart audience targeting and A/B testing, 6 high-performing ad creatives per month, Weekly performance reports, Dedicated Account Manager, 1-hour bi-weekly strategy meetings, No setup fee

Scale Plan

– Custom Pricing

Includes three ad platforms (YouTube, Google Ads, and Meta Ads), Three campaigns per platform, Smart audience targeting and A/B testing, 8 premium creatives per month, Weekly optimizations and reports, Dedicated Account Manager, 1-hour weekly strategy meetings, 24/7 support, No setup fee

Billing Terms:

All payments are securely processed via Stripe, PayPal, or another third-party payment provider. By completing a purchase or subscription, you authorize Bolo Advertising to charge your payment method for the selected package and frequency.

4. Refund & Guarantee Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our services. If you're not satisfied with your experience on the Lite or Growth Plan, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial payment.

Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for a refund, you must:

Be enrolled in the Lite or Growth Plan (Scale Plan is not eligible), Request a refund within 30 days of the original payment, Demonstrate good-faith implementation of our systems, including: Full setup and integration of the CRM and scheduler, Implementation of pricing, scripts, and follow-up processes, Execution of paid and/or organic marketing (with proof), Attendance of coaching calls and completion of assigned steps.

Exclusions:

Refunds are not available for the Scale Plan under any circumstancesRequests made after 30 days will not be honoredIncomplete implementation or lack of documentation will void eligibility

If eligible, Bolo Advertising will issue a full refund of your initial payment.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

All ad copy, frameworks, templates, training materials, and systems shared by Bolo Advertising are proprietary. Redistribution, reselling, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of access and potential legal action.

6. Access & Account Termination

Service access remains valid as long as payments are current. Failed payments must be resolved within 5 business days or access may be revoked. Bolo Advertising reserves the right to terminate access without refund for any breach of these Terms.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Bolo Advertising is not responsible for any business losses, advertising results, or decisions made based on our materials. All guidance is for educational purposes and should not be considered financial, legal, or business advice.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Philadelphia, PA. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
